average service at the best, many local using it, never on time, rates are very cheap though. worked for this company long time ago, cannot say anything good, dispatchers do not know what they are doing, start working without training, anything goes wrong-blaming drivers.

It is horrible. I wouldn't even give them the 1 star but have no other choice but to rate them. The service is bad. I have to call in to a phone operator and I don't get to speak to a live person so, I am unable to get get verification that my call has been received. I then wait and hope that they will come to get me. I always fear that they will not pick me up....which has happened. Then I am stranded and waiting for a ride. Horrible service. How sad is it that I can't have service how can people do this to tax paying citizens.
