Provided by YPmobileDO NOT RENT OFF OF DAVE LOGE. He's not professional and he's greedy. He sent me a letter with part of my deposit in a check. The only thing that was brought to our attention was the fence and he only told one of my roommates and another roommates mom about. I called him to ask about it and he said I don't see what the issue is with only having to pay $60 and that his time is money so he added labor fees. I tried explaining to him that that wasn't the point. The point is is that none of any of the other issues were brought to our attention until after the lease was up at the end of May. If we would have know about these things I wouldn't have had a problem with driving 3 hours back down there to replace a few light bulbs and clean the stove, microwave, and refrigerator, which were cleaned before we left so $11 labor was just to wipe them down a second time I guess.
When I moved into the house, Dave and his repair man, which he was paying $10 per hour under the table, were still there painting and had not even finished cleaning the house. My grandma and I scrubbed the cupboards in the kitchen, scrubbed all of the floors which had gum on them from the ten bents before the last boys who rented it and I got it to come off with my steam mop, and scrubbed one of the bathrooms while he worked on the other. We had to use CLR twice on the showers to get them clean. There were dirty pots and pans left in the cupboards and the house was full of flies because the boys left food out. There was a nasty couch that was left from them also that Dave asked if we wanted. I told him no and he took it out of the house. Obviously, we left the house in way better shape than it was when I got there. Since I helped him clean the house he told me that he would reimburse me. I never saw any money or never had my rent discounted, but he told my roommates mom that he had. Someone tried to break into the house once while we lived there and I called Dave right after I had notified police and he didn't care or even want to come look at the damage to the door.
Anyway, I called Dave to have him explain the repair cost and he acted annoyed and wouldn't explain to me what rooms each thing was repaired in and didn't want to accept the fact that the house was spotless compared to how it was when I went to move it. I couldn't even move my things in when I drove down to because he wasn't done painting and I had to scrub the kitchen down before I put my clean dishes away.
He kept saying if you have a problem then send me an letter and I'll get to it when I feel like it. I told him I wanted copies of receipts for everything including his labor costs sent to me and he hung up on me.

Provided by YP.comI haven't went through an insurance agency before because I thought I could get it cheaper myself with Safe Auto and The General but I was wrong. Melinda was able to get my insurance on two vehicles, one full coverage and one liability, cheaper than it was through Safe Auto on one with just liability. I would recommend them to anyone looking to save money on insurance. You won't be disappointed!
