In response to the review, We have 2 visitors lots right on the opposite side of tenant parking!! It's for the convenience of the tenants!! I am at my office a lot for my tenants!! I may have made a mistake on a receipt, I'm only human, but it's always corrected!! I'm sorry this one tenant of hundreds felt the need to write this, I like to have a good relationship with all my tenants!!

Im going to be honest for those who are looking to rent these apartments. Make sure you keep every reciept... this landlord might try to pull a fast one! If you are looking for a place as a student and want to be considered as equals landlord to student-- this isnt the apartment for you. Landlord can be rude and will be in her office at all times! If you like privacy... again not for you. Also if you are ever late on rent or waiting on overage she will call you ten times a day until she gets her money. Washer and dryers are a pain not having! Also visitor parking is a joke! Its literally a mile away... she makes exceptions if she likes you... otherwise all your visitors will have to walk.. rain sleet or snow.
