They were great! They knew exactly what I wanted and my wife loved the arrangement.

My husband and I ordered flowers from states away over the phone and sent a picture of the arrangement we wanted, and asked for a few extra flowers to be added. Mind you the premium version of the original arrangement, before the additional flowers, was to be $50 plus tax and delivery. We ended up paying $88 and the arrangement did not have any of the filler flowers we asked for, just greens, nor did it look anything like the picture we originally said we wanted. We were very disappointed once we received a picture of the finished product and were not able to get it fixed, so that was the biggest disappointment. They didn't make it right or even seem to care. They just said it will look better when all the lillies open which I agree but it doesn't change the arrangement to what we wanted or make it more colorful. We will never use them again for our future orders, which are frequent.
