The doctor is great; staff is horrible. They have driven my family to search for another doc. Rude! My husband was walking up to the door to pick up some contacts for me. There was a lady there and she was locking the door with a key. It was about 3 minutes until closing time and she just waved at him and walked away. I was in the other day to pick up some contacts and since I didn't specify that they should charge my insurance when I had ordered them, they were very irritated that they had to look it up. Two ladies were grumbling to each other and didn't know I was listening. Every other eye doctor I have ever gone to knew that the insurance was supposed to be used for glasses, exam, and contacts. If they had a doubt, I think the staff should have asked me instead of assuming that I didn't want to use my insurance. They always seem to be bothered by the customer! They are never welcoming!
