Bulldog puppy received clean bill of health with a Mo. State health inspection certificate on 7/17/15. A Petex contracted driver picked up puppy from me 7/19/15, transported back to petex. Left facility 7/20/15, arrived in New York 7/22/15. Diagnosed with canine influenza, pneumonia, extreme dehydration on 7/23/15.

Have all vet records to support my accusations.

I used PETEX2 in December, 2011. It was Christmas week and I was having a tiny little chiweenie puppy transported from Arkansas to Maryland. My puppy arrived in great shape and with 10 minutes of where I live. At all times, the driver stayed in contact with me and when we arrived at the designated drop off, the assistant was cuddling my puppy. I have also had a puppy flown up from Missouri and I really prefer using PETEX2. With smaller breeds, hypoglycemia is always a problem. They were prepared to deal with that and most other traveling problems. The airlines are not.

My puppy was diagnosed with parvo it didnt make it threw up for 2days straight then pooped blood.

Unlike the other review I was reading I have to disagree completely!



I always receive a confirmation email when I book a puppy to be transported. In that confirmation is all the information about my booking INCLUDING the price. So I guess the other reviewer just failed to check there email. Also when on site everyone is professional and courteous and everyone I encounter shows much compassion to my puppies. They check ALL puppies right there on the spot via a vet, if there temp is high or any signs of cough or running nose they won't take them. I think it's great that they take the industry to a higher standard by making sure the puppies are all microchipped and have rabies vaccination if older the I believe 12 weeks old. I have not had one puppy get sick nor pass away while in the care of petex2. I have been using their service for over 2 years and it only continues to get better and better with the new things they are always implementing into their program. THANK YOU PETEX!



P.S. I'm sorry that you had someone post a negative review about your service. They are obviously only concerned with the amount of money they had to spend that would of gone into their pocket and not the service you actually provide. It also goes to show their lack of organization as a professional breeder if they didn't even check their email and view the confirmation.

OMG They are awful! I am NEVER using Petex2 again unless there is no other option (which is highly unlikely between air shipping and Puppy Express)! They charged more than what it stated on the website ($150) because she was over 24 weeks it cost $250. It says no where that there is an age bracket. They gave her a rabies shot she didn't need as she just had one 6 days ago. There was no reason to have made that mistake. They didn't even apologize! They put your dogs in with other people's dogs. The only one that showed any care for my dog the whole time we were there was the driver.
