I have a line-of-site connection through stouffer, and I use the internet for my work-from-home call center job. After using their service for a while, I started getting signal interference due to some of their other customers using all the bandwidth. I called Stouffer and gave them a brief explanation of my issue, and they went and upgraded their signal broadcast antannae, and dramatically increased the bandwidth for the entire area, just to keep my calls from cutting out. If that's not customer service, then I don't know what is!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND THEN CHARGE EARLY TERMINATION FEES AFTER THEY TELL YOU THEY WONT!! BAD BUSINESS. BBB CONTACTED.
