They were supposed to come out and do some work and never showed and never called back, The trailer I bought has problems and is not what was expected. I feel that the quality is substandard. It has pencil marks on doors and I found damage on the walls that was covered with pieces of vinal. The trim is also comming down again. I am not pleased at all. Also, the steps provided were totally to small and dangerous. I am very disapointed.

If you purchased a new home, then that home is covered by a 1yr warrantee from the manufacturer not Value Homes. I would be happy to contact them on your behalf. If you purchased a used home, our used homes are sold as is with the exception of a 30 day warrantee on water leaks,electrical, and a/c.
