I have been to Arby's numerous times, and try different things each time, and really haven't tried anything that I didn't like. I LOVED the mini western eggrolls, but Arby's got rid of them in no time. Really disappointed about that.



Another thing that upsets me and disappoints me, is the way in which one of the managers there named Gary/Garren conducts business. He acts in a very unprofessional manner, and this I have witnessed quite a few times. He seems to be a person that has authority but is abusive of it. I have seen him talk to the employees there as if they are beneath him, in front of customers none the less. I feel that if there is a problem with a particular employee, then he needs to talk to them behind closed doors. He doesn't even speak with customers the manner in which he should. He is not setting forth any type of example as to how someone in a Managerial Position should be. He is definitely not a customer service person, and if he is so good that you guys are keeping him, then he needs to work behind the scenes, not up front and personal. He is a disgrace to all MANAGERS! Perhaps he needs to attend a Supervisory/Managerial training, and if he has already attended one of these, then he needs to be re-trained, because he has obviously forgotten everything that was taught. Very unpleasant person to deal with, no people skills what so ever!
