if your child has ADD or ADHD i would recommend Dr Surpris....if you feel like you have no one else to turn i would recommend Dr Surpris..... she has help and still helps my son... i am very thankful to her

Was able to diagnose my problems very quickly and got on proper medications which returned me to a normal life. Very happy with the care and professionalism displayed by Dr. Surpris.

Dr. Surpris is very skilled at what she does. She recognizes the equal importance of medication and discussing with the patient behavioral technique treatments. She manages to the make the conversation feel at once both comfortable and productive. I am twenty-three years old and have been seeing her for about sixteen months now. She definitely conveys the sense that she is genuinely committed to helping me get on track to the extent that I want to be with regards to my schooling and my life. I have high hopes that my situation will continue to improve and produce the results that I desire as Dr. Surpris strives with me to perfect what has already been a successful treatment.

Dr. Surpris has treated me for one year. Upon her first evaluation, she suggested a different medication than the one I was taking. Within a few short weeks and several adjustments, I was feeling better than I had in years. When I meet with Dr. Surpris I know she truly cares by the way she intently listens and offers constructive advice. Dr. Surpris has definitely helped me through a difficult period and I would recommend her to my closest friend, relative or anyone else who is in need of a superior doctor.

My daughter too has been diagnosed with ADHD and we have received the absolute best care! Dr. Surpris even brought a condition to our attention no one else took the time to diagnosis. My husband and I are very happy with the care she has given to our child. We never feel rushed out of the office, Dr. Surpris is very concerned and caring and meticulous in her diagnosis. Nothing but respect for her! Your child is in very capable hands with Dr. Surpris.

Dr. Surpris has been treating me for over one year and I consider her to be one of the greatest gifts I have been given. After my two children were born I suffered intensely with clinical depression which lasted for over 14 years. I was under the care of numerous doctors throughout those years and each and every one was unable to help me. They switched my medication, consulted with one another and after a while just admitted to not being able to treat my illness successfully. I remember walking into Dr. Surpri's office, looking into her eyes and stating that she was my last ditch effort. I told her that if she could not help me, I would not survive. With confidence and compassion she stated that she would be able to help me and that it was time to turn my life around. Within 2 visits she was certain that my diagnoses of a major clinical depression was wrong. She switched all of my medication and diagnosed me correctly. It has been over one year and I am finally able to say that I have never felt so good. I am no longer depressed, I can think clearly and I can feel the love from my family and friends. Dr. Surpris looked at me during one of our visits and with genuine tears in her eyes, stated that she was sorry that I had to suffer for so very long. She was sorry that I had been through so many doctors and tried so many medications. She told me not to focus on all the time I had lost but to look ahead and focus on all that was good. She told me to enjoy my new life and I could tell she was as happy for me as I was. There are no words to express my gratitude and admiration. She is an amazing doctor who I would trust my life with. ~Debbie~

My son has multiple diagnoses and gets nothing but the best care from Dr. Surpris. She is always available to us when we need her and is in contact with his therapist, school and anyone else who needs to confer with her. If we need extra time at an appointment she is very happy to give it. Her fees are reasonable. She is WONDERFUL. I think CitySearch needs her own doctor; she's out of control.

I am not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. My son has been treated by Dr. Surpris for the last 10 years and I could not disagree more with this mother's comments. Dr. Surpris has always tried to accomodate us and has done wonders for our son. She has helped us to understand his symptoms and treatment. She is caring and patient and always there to answer any questions or concerns we may have. I have recommended her to many satisfied people and I will continue to do so. Her assistant is very attentive and always responds quickly to our calls. It is a pleasure going to this office.
