Went by there on Saturday. Didn't even make it in the store because a woman working there was out front throwing a tantrum of epic proportions over something. She was acting ridiculous, yelling at ppl trying to speak calmly to her. No idea what set her off, but you couldn't pay me to set foot in that store after what I witnessed. What a b-word! No, thanks!

This is the last time that I will ever shop at their stores in Nevada city. My sister wanted to buy me a new pair of slippers for Christmas.The management is only concerned with selling the most that they can. They do not care about the customer at ALL!!!! I have purchased many pairs of slippers and shoes from them in the past but this is the last time that I will ever go to either of their stores again. They state their return policy or exchange policy. DON T believe it!!!! They will not exchange anything even if you buy it with a mark on it (with no discount on it) even if all you want to do is get a size smaller. I never write a review as I really don t ask for much in products but this store has so many negative things that I can say about it that it would take me all day to write a review. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They will gladly take your money but that is it. Their customer service is the worst in the business!!!! Be prepared to hear the word NO !!!!!! I will never go into either stores again!

Although the store is amazing, the hard sales attititude by the manager/owner is a major turn off. The owner can be brusque and frankly on the rude side, which is not condusive to return buisness, especially in today's economic climate.
