When I first heard the tuning forks it created a sense of openess and lightness. Then when I felt the vibration of the tuning forks on my body (chest) I felt a nice sensation and my amplitude of breath amplified. I iwlll come back for another treatment. I left with a sense of very pronounced well being.

I found the entire experience of Hummingbird medicene to be amazing. First it is nestled on a quiet street in down town Nevada City. It was comfortable and Valerie gave me one of the best massages i have ever gotten. She seemed to know where I was sore and the right amount of pressure without me saying a word. I also let her use the tuning forks. I was surprised at how it worked. I am definitely going back.
