This place has no idea what they are talking about or anything about parts! They wasted 3 weeks of my time that I could've been ordering my part from someone else all because some moron used one item number for all their coil springs. Even after they requested my VIN number and emailed me several times and I spoke with a woman on the phone and she looked at my order and I told her the type of car I owned. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS<> THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.

II flew down to Los Angeles to pick up a John Cooper Works Clubman that I purchased off the internet from a private party and may I say,'Oh My!". I decided that once I was down there I should come and visit the place that has such a great website and so much information for me a new owner and first time MINI acquirer. I was not disappointed. In spite of the busy schedule and work you were all involved in, you still had time for me. Ken and Jamal could not have been more welcoming and Jamal was very happy to provide me with many opportunities to purchase some of your fantastic products. Ken, even came out and showed me how to work all the myriads of things on my car, that I had not even realized existed, which only added to my great ride back to Seattle. Don, the owner,was so gracious and fun, and did not seem to mind that I had shown up unannounced and was taking up his employees time. I felt accepted, the customer service was great, the inventory unbelievable, and was a perfect capping to a great adventure.
