Sarah and her staff are professional, TOTALLY friendly & welcoming. The dogs are not caged while waiting so they get to be social and the atmosphere is no stress despite how busy they can be. I have a standard and toy poodle, the standard is a senior and her disabilities are considered and she is treated with kid gloves, the toy is a rambunctious puppy but Sarah can calm him and knows how to gently but firmly handle him to make his grooming experience good for him.
