I have seen two houses they are redoing and they are bad. First house has mold coming through the walls and they are painting over it, you can smell moisture in the basement and there is water damage on the ceiling all they do is cover up big issues. They also claimed to fix the foundation. They covered the outside of the house foundation with a rubber to make it look like they fixed it. All they did was cover up issues so the new buyer cant see whats going on with the foundation. Second house needs a new roof the roof is buckling and bumpy and the house smelled of dog really bad and they wont replace the roof or the carpet. Seems like they want to get rid of the houses before the new buyers realize what is wrong with the house. They only care about making money and don't care if the screw someone in the process. I wouldn't buy a house from them ever!!!
