I just waned to share with anyone that may read this review, that this landlord, is a slum lord and did not maintain the property I lived in to the point that there were sewage leaks, natural gas issues, and Black mold in places they just painted white paint to cover the entire roof leaks ... Until it rained and pannels of sheet rock fell with insulation, is when I discovered how maintained this property never was...I am hopen to help prevent anyone from renting from this company because no one deserves to ever have to live the way they expect you to... SO IF YOU HEAR THE NAME UPCHURCH RENTALS PLEASES REMEMBER THIS COMPANY HAS NO BELIEF IN CHURCH OR REPRESENTING ANY CHURCH BELIEFS... TRUST ME THE NAME IS NOTHING BUT A NAME... If this company had any beliefs in anything they would believe that there tenants pay rent and deposits to maintain the property they live in, instead they blow you off when u say that the heats not working or that theirs a huge gaping hole in the roof...
