James and his crew were referred by my home warranty company when we had a stoppage issue, and after trying to auger it became apparent that the main drain line had collapsed. My wife is a gardening enthusiast and the route from the existing drain to the sewer main would have destroyed a large portion of her garden, so James and his guys pulled off a minor miracle to cut in from the side and run a new line without damaging ANY of her plants. They really went out of their way and worked harder than they were obligated to work to protect our property, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Told me I needed new burners, and he was short on cash, so like a idiot I gave him $200.00 for the burners on Oct 27 it is now Nov 16 and still no burners and he told me on Nov 14 he would bring my money back to me in 15 mins, well it's been over 15 mins and now he won't answer his phone. I trusted him , boy was I fooled he is a thief in my eyes. May have to take him.to small claims court just to proof a point.

Paid them to do a job and they decided to spend over 10 hours in Joplin instead of getting our ac fixed. They were hostile, rude, and baligerant toward me. The worst service ever. And they still have yet to come fix our unit.

James Reiff installed a central heating and air conditioning system in my mother's house. I currently live out of state, and James professionally managed the entire project with just a few phone calls. My mother is very pleased with his service. Everything was done for the price estimated, and the entire system has worked flawlessly since he installed it. My mother is very comfortable with her new system in the hot Missouri summers, and I don't worry about her in the winter with a new and safe heating system. I trust James and recommend him to all my family and friends in the area.
