They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever seen in my life. They act like they all hate their jobs. They need new staff in there. Its a shame how they treat customers, when the food is good.

Had dinner with friends last night. The service was terrible,pepperoni was crunchy, waitress had kids there andnit took 4 times to get the bill straight & we weren't lifting the bill. It was the poorest service I have ever had.

Ordered a pizza online and paid for the same. Waited 2 hours and driver never showed. Called and asked about delivery and was informed that driver was here to deliver but no one was home even though they had phone number to call on arrival. Worst ever service, called and no manager was available, I was basically told by the bartender on duty that the manager was not in and would not be back for a couple of days and if I wanted a refund I would have to talk to him. They could not do anything because they were "Slammed" and didn't have time to worry about one pizza. Would not send driver back out asked me to drive out to pick up my pizza instead. I guess this will be a $20 lesson to me not to order anything from Bearno's again.
