I was very pleased with Michael on his first job for me. Snaking a drain and installing a handicap height toilet. I called him a few weeks later and ordered another toilet. This one wasn't the same brand and both it and the seat seems poorly constructed. After it's installation the water would explode with every flush. Mr. Berryman said he thought it was a problem with the vent, even though the previous unit had no problem with the same vent. He said he did not have tine to investigate and would call me when it was more convenient. Sadly this never materialized. So I called him on March 4th and told him I was planning on listing my home for sale and could foresee a problem selling a home with an exploding toilet. He said he would call me on Monday the 7th, he did, and said he had more pressing matters and would call when he was available. I am still waiting.

Michael Berryman is fabulous. He called I told hom the problem was the pump. He said if he had one he would have come that night. Scheduled for 8:30am. He was on time took care of the problem And was done by 10:30am. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely call again if the need arises.

It was a circus! There was a couple of floods due to fittings being removed and the water not being turned off to the house. They connected the icemaker line to the hot water. They spend nearly eight hours in our home and we still had to call them back out the same day due to new toilet leaking. Once again due to fittings not being tighten down.



After all of that we had to call the company back a couple of days later due to pipes under our kitchen sink coming loose in addition to the damage to our home. They called to let us know they would call back when they could schedule. That was over a month ago. Due to all the leaks caused by the plumbers my husband lost a day of work because he did not want to leave me alone with the plumbers and mess. We are also having to replace ceilings in our bathroom and hall as well as a vanity. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the work and the lack of customer service.

I had a floor drain in the basement that was clogged that I fought for a week. I bought a manual drain snake, rented a large electric drain snake and couldn't fix it. My husband and I worked with it, my dad came and tried to fix it and my brother gave it a whirl and it just wouldn't budge. I finally called a plumber- I told them I was available all day, and was scheduled for 4pm. The technician called at 3 to let me know that they could come then, which was fantastic because the water was everywhere! After checking the obvious main sewer lines and cleanouts, all was fine, no problems. He turned his focus to the drain itself. He used a shop vac to remove a lot of the water when he noticed that the type of drain, he thought had a built-in cleanout. After tapping around with a hammer he found a hidden cleanout attached right next to the drain that had been covered with concrete when the floor was poured 17 years ago! After chiseling it out and getting it open he could then snake the drain and in less than a minute, whoosh! He was there less than an hour and fixed what several of us had fought for over a week! I would of never known about that cleanout without him. Superb knowledge of his profession, definitely. Also, I found a competitor's coupon in the phone book for the same job and this guy's regular price beat the coupon price by 25%, so he's reasonable on rates as well. Highly recommended!
