I have purchased things from Bestway for over 5 years, the customer service is now rated at 0, My unit has need parts for over 3 months and I am getting close to paying it off, it still not repaired, I keep getting the run around by the store manager and the employees . They are waiting for me to pay if off and then say they are not responsible. The are harassing, rude, unprofessional , two faced liars. Managers and employees alike ... Stay clear of the stores or you will be sorry
