I have lived here for over 2 years now and I find that it is one of the better places to live. The management is helpful and they don't charge like most places do when your blind breaks, from your child or pet. They are super friendly never had any issues. Most of the time if you know you are going to be late management will work with you on your rent as well.

It's great! The Management is helpful and friendly, the location is the best and the apartments are clean and very well maintained. My only regret is not finding this gem sooner!

If you are looking for a new home, do not move here. The management is terrible at handling maintenance and other problems. The apartments are built very cheap. The floors squeak, the drains clog up frequently, and the appliances aren't reliable. If you are looking for a sh**hole to live in, you've found it. The management is very poor, lacks customer service skills, and is never there when needed, or during operating hours. Half the time she acts doped up. The carpet unravels when vacuumed and everything that breaks is fixed half way. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
