Our church had a preschool that was shut down. During the process of cleaning up and disposing of no longer needed materials we found an excellent Fireking 4 drawer file cabinet that would be excellent for the Church Pastor's use except the guide rail was missing on the left side of the top drawer. No idea as to how this happened. I call the customer service number for Fireking to buy the missing bar and to my surprise they did not sell me a bar, they shipped complete rail assemblies for the

Left and right side at no charge. This is how customer service used to be. Wow, I was blown away with the agent and the company. Do you think we would get treated like this by a China based company?
