I have lived at NAHA for 3years. These apartments are severely infested with mice, shower heads are covered in mold as if something is wrong with the water, tenants are very nasty. In the past 2 weeks I have caught 8 mice. Ive called to have them come fill holes and they half assed it. One time I called and spoke with a lady in maintenance about the mice and she laughed at me. Yet, they send me a notice to recertify and want to charge me $622.00+ for rent! I told her I will not be recertifying due to the mice problem and the nasty tenants. It has been 2 weeks since I last called for them to fill holes and they still have not been out. They give you sticky pads for the mice as if people want to continue picking up live mice! Me and my daughter are terrified and will no longer be staying in the apartment. So, not only do I have to pay rent, I have to pay to stay in a hotel until I find somewhere else to live. The neighbors leave bags of trash on their back porch and no one does or says anything about it. I called my apartment manager because the tenants on both sides of had trash over flowing out of their trash can and trash bags lined up on their back porch and she told me to put a note on their door! (Really???) The children leave toys, food, and everything else outside and the parents don't pick up behind them and neither does maintenance. I am so disgusted with this place! They should not be able to move people in these apartments until they have been knocked down and rebuilt! It seems as if they don't care because they don't have to live with it. Thank God I've landed me a great job and finally able to move from this disgusting, horrible hell hole! If you know anybody looking to move into NAHA tell them DONT DO IT!!! They are raggedy and old! I hope they tear them down!
