My husband and I were not happy with Orange Restoration.
1. They contract people out. The painter showed up without warning. Painter didn't know what the flooring people were doing. Bad communication within the company.
2. Flooring people did not clean up at day's end. Razor blades and opened chemicals left out. We have small children. Seams were not laid correctly. They had to come back to fix
3. 6 months later, floor is completely scratched up. Very cheap flooring. Our shoes scratch it up. Will never recommend. Disappointed! Now, to sell our home with a completely scratched floor.

I love this company!!!! They do practically everything concerning construction. My insurance company works with Orange Restoration and highly recommended them when we were having our roof replaced. I was at first skeptical because they contract out, but the contract roofers did an amazing job. I highly recommend Orange Restoration.

They were amazing. When our sump pump died in the middle of the night, we called our insurance company and Orange called us WHILE we were still on the phone with our insurance company. They made it to my home quickly and got all of the water out of our basement really quickly! They were amazing!

Workers are top notch. Communication with office is horrible. Like pulling teeth.
