Provided by YP.comMy Mother was there for 3 month receiving therapy. She received excellent care and therapy team made her recover so much better. She has a real connection with the whole therapy team. They all gave her excellent treatment. My mother was home sick so the center let us bring in her cats to visit with her. We was able to decorate her room to bright up her day. She had tons of visitors and staff became like family. When time for discharge my mother actually cried.

Therapy (Autumn and Amy) are top Notch, both ladies went out of there way to make a connection with me and made me feel like I was important. Provided by YP.comI just left there after having a hip replacement.(5/6/18) I prayed I would make it home alive. The nursing staff, administration, and dietary leave a lot to be desired. PT,OT, & ST were excellent. My meds were so mixed up. I was given scheduled Hydrocodone, which was only as needed per my surgeon. Patient Rights are posted all over but we're totally ignored unless you were able to speak up, of course many are not able. Thank God I was able to speak up. Staff & admin. came out of the woodwork when I complained, everything was fixed immediately when I did complain. Then nrsg. Staff had an attitude towards me because I did complain. My heart goes out to all the residents & family that thinks their loved one is getting good care. I can't say it enough to visit frequently and unannounced. In all fairness I must say, Greg the agency nurse and Miriam the CNA from another hall, both worked nights were very professional. Once they were there, I felt very safe. Sorry but cannot say that for anyone else.

Provided by YP.comMy mom has been a resident at Providence for two years. I have found the whole staff to be caring & patient in dealing with people with dementia like my Mom. The place is spacious so the residents are not holed up in one large room during the day. There are multiple areas offering different activities such as crafts, music therapy, special events, chapel services & private sitting areas including two large outdoor gardens (one of them having a waterfall). Mom's semi-private room has the feel of a small private room with a half wall separating her from her room mate. There is no hospital feel to this room arrangement. Every bed has a window in it. I highly recommend Providence to care for my Mom in her last days.
