How The ComputerMobile Works Our service process is designed to be as convenient as possible. If for any reason this process won't work for you, let us know. We'll go the extra mile to make sure your computer service is simple and painless. 1. Call Us We'll arrange a time to stop by your home, office, or any other location to pick up your computer. Upon arrival, we'll ask you for information about the problem you're experiencing or the service you'd like us to perform. If the computer is running, we may ask you to demonstrate the problem if possible. We'll then disconnect your PC, give you a written estimate for the service, and take your computer to our expert technicians. 2. We're On It While we service your computer, we'll keep you informed on its status. We'll let you know when your PC is repaired and arrange for a delivery time and place of your choice. 3. Problem Solved We'll return your computer at your convenience, reconnect all the wires and peripherals, and answer any questions you may have. Upon your satisfaction with our service, we'll collect your payment in the form of cash, check, credit, or PayPal.
