I trusted Sue the owner and jeweler for years to take care of my personal jewelry needs. She showed wonderful craftsmanship in recreating my engagement ring after I lost it. Imagine my dismay when a huge hunk of metal fell out of the ring where she resized it for me. Not being able to contact her- cell phone not active, business not active I took it to a well known and respected jeweler in the area only to find out that she used some cheap filler to fill the gap in the band and did not even both to coat over it with 24 K gold. The cheap filler actually corroded and fell out. Now I have to pay even more money to fix what I already paid for with her. The bracelet she put a safety chain on was just attached with a blob of silver and broke quickly. The new jeweler had to reattach it with 2 jump rings which should have been done in the first place. Any of the gem stones you have replaced quickly fell out the first time of use for both bracelets I brought you to fix. Shame on me for continuing to return to you for jewelry work. I have never ever in my life left a bad review for anyone but I would hate to have anyone to have a similar experience to what I have had.
