Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I've ever heard. The guy on the phone is extremely rude. I'm a manager for another company. My car broke down. So I called Bluebird. The guy was so rude to me that I hung up and called another taxi company.

Provided by YPmobileThey initially told me 30 min. 1 hour goes by i call for update, they tell me I'm next. Another hour goes by I call again they say soon. Yeah soon will be out of business hopefully.
