I started bringing the families cars to Boots about 5-7 years ago. I keep coming back because they don't over charge. The explain what's wrong, what has to be done now and what can wait. they don't see you as male or female they see you as a customer, that's huge especially for women because most places see us simply money signs when you happen to have a different body type in the mail so we say. Boots is me nothing like that he has something that is sorely lacking nowadays in a lot of companies most and a lot of people in general honesty and integrity. this company is someone I would send my daughter to or my son though they grew up with the mechanic and I was married to one for a little hard to get a lot of things over on us but with this company we don't have to worry about are they going to try to overcharge us are they going to try to do some kind of trick to make us pay for something we never needed in the first place. Honesty, integrity, and just really nice nice people.
