Provided by YP.comWhen I was going through my divorce, I was at the end of my rope. I came to this place broken. I can't say enough about how I was treated, and the help I received. All of my interactions have been positive and Amanda was amazing. Thank you for your help.

Provided by YP.comit's not easy being on certain medications, some doctors try changing things or the pharmacy judges you but i was grateful to find a place that works with me to help me.

Absolutely horrible experience. The Psychiatrist Amanda Raposo will leave for vacation without signing off on priority medications.
She told me to get my medication I would need a tox screen in 24 hours. I explained I can do the tox screen but I work 12 hours a day so if she could work with me. She denied my request and left me hang out to dry on all my meds. No sympathy or empathy, just a quack!

Provided by YP.comI have been coming here for years and I love it here. Never had a bad experience. Always easy to schedule appointments or I go in as a walk-in. After my Primary cut me off from giving me my medication after some new "policy." I felt hopeless an stuck until I found Brighter Side, been coming here since 2016. I have seen multiple providers-- they are knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes I have to wait but it's like everywhere else.

Provided by YP.comIt's not NB, it's Dartmouth, someone needs to fix that! But I was nervous to go here after some of what I read. Everyone was very kind, they were able to get me an appointment the same day, I saw the counselor and nurse. I was able to get my medications WHICH MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR JUST CUT ME OFF. They listened, were not judgemental.

Provided by YP.comI go there with my daughter, we are both patients. We love Amanda although in the beginning it did take a couple of appointments for my daughter to warm up to Amanda. Now she is doing so much better in school since she has been treated for her attention deficit disorder. The staff is warm and professional.

Provided by YP.comAwful place. Not sure what Amanda is doing in this profession at all. Her attitude is hideous and office staff is rude too. I got an eye roll and faces made when I was telling her how I was feeling on my meds. Office staff will cancel appointments on you and then blame it on you. Very unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. Could not believe this place! Would not recommend her at all to ANYONE.

Provided by YP.comAfter seeing Christine twice I had an intake appointment scheduled with Amanda Raposo that I had to reschedule because of a panic attack, I was promptly called back within an hour after receiving no call backs to previous messages left that Amanda wants me to find a new provider. Should have listened to my fiancé’s primary care doctor when he said they weren’t a reputable location. Now have to wait for a whole new referral and practice to schedule me, thankfully I wasn’t suicidal. Will never recommend to anyone.

Provided by YP.comMy provider is the best. She is kind, thoughtful, bright and understanding. Everything you would want out of a mental health clinician. Someone who shows you empathy and gives hope. I had never been one to "take pills" but thanks to my Nurse Practitioner I now have a new perspective on medication and it has made such the difference in my life. I have no complaints.

Provided by YP.comI have always been treated with respect. My needs have always been met and Amanda works hard to determine what level of care you need. Yes the wait can be long sometimes and you have to understand that 5 patients before you may have needed extra time which pushes the schedule further behind. We have all had to wait. The stress that the office is under knowing there are patients waiting is very high. You all need to learn how to communicate your needs they are not mind readers. Thank you BrighterSide for all that you have done to help me!

Provided by YP.comNP Kaitlyn put me on medications with a serious interaction. NP Amanda was just a rude, condescending individual who made it abundantly clear that she didn't care to listen. Office staff threatened to not fill out my disability papers. The ONLY good about this place is the therapist Doreen Adams.

Provided by YP.comIf it was not for this place, helping me get all of my medication for FREE after I had gotten laid off, raising my three kids on my own, I would not have been able to do it. Maria and Chanel helped get me appointments when I needed with Kaitlin or Amanda. Christine the counselor is the sweetest and greatest counselor I could have asked for.

Provided by YP.comThis place was amazing. The staff was kind, bright, clear, conscice. I can't imagine that anyone would be treated poorly by the qualified, compassionate clinicians at this facility. They have a zero tolerance on the walls for any kind of BS. I cannot find any of those reviews helpful, this place was good to me.

Provided by YP.comMost staff are rude and tactless. Amanda Raposo's person and office are messy and unprofessional. After hour and 15 minute wait she gave no apology, attitude, and eye rolling. Suspect her of perscribing new meds that she gets free lunches for as opposed to what is best for patients. Third time at office my appt had been cancelled on me even though I had confirmed it. With all this trouble I called my primary care from the waiting room to get better help I could trust . I am now waking up from the suicidal haze Amanda put me in. I will never go back there and will warn anyone away.

Provided by YP.comOnly went to this center one time, which was my last time, given my initial impression of Amanda and then after the social worker I met with - both of which were very sub-par. Unsure if Amanda requires therapy, but given her personality and attitude towards me at the time, unsure what she's doing in this profession?

Provided by YP.comWorst place ever....waited for 2 hours to be seen..with NO apology. She said unless we were looking to put him on meds/med management there was nothing she could really do for us. Could have told us that before setting up the appt! She is a bad listener , almost rude , we left with no answers never got a report like she said she would do and we could not wait to get out that office. And got a bill of $382.00 for a 40 -45 min. visit. $250 for office visit. $92.00 for a Psychotherapy 30 min eval with EM services...what services????? You did nothing! and $40.00 interactive complexity. REALLY? so $250.00 to sit in a waiting room for 2 plus hours....then charge to tell us you can not do anything for him. and the really bad thing is the bill they sent me was already paid in full through ins. Good thing I called the ins. company to check. They were charging me for a bill that was PAID!

Provided by YP.comPlease be warned: Amanda, the practitioner, is not an advocate for her patients. I found her to be a poor listener, who jumps to conclusions, can be highly defensive and at times outright antagonistic. Shockingly unprofessional.
This behavior did more harm than good, landing me in the emergency room when a simple call to my pharmacy would have solved the problem. The clinician at the hospital who called Amanda was concerned that she was unnecessarily combative, contradicting herself during their conversation.
Office staff poor at tracking your medication, immediately assigning blame rather than taking responsibility for their mistakes.
In all honesty, it was perhaps the worst experience I've had with a provider in 25 years.
