was of no help to me,didnt provide information on collecting in my situation,did not provide any help to be re-employed,very negative feeling,just wanted to bounce me around in there system and send me to advanced manufacturing class and seminars and told me attending such classes would not affect me receiving unemployment benefits but no job referrals either,filled out forms online and weekly job search form and told me I hadn't done so and also received no help in that area,no letters,no phone calls,still havnt received any benefits to this day,,horrible communication ,no guidance .
