Not happy. I guess it's possible that I took some things for granted - like they would care about my home and the quality of their work - but I was wrong. If you use these guys - get a written contract so there is nothing taken for granted. At the end it came down to an argument over who was responsible for hauling away the trash (like my old carpet) and why I should expect a good job repairing/replacing my moldings which they removed to install the floor. I have a beautiful new floor surrounded by hacked up moldings. They didn't blink at using a chop saw in my house - over my objections as to the dust it would create. Too lazy to walk 10 feet outside is what it came down to.

If you don't care about your home - these guys are fine. If you do - find someone else.
