I'm really happy with this place. Working at the hospital means that I'm not home often. I come home to find my packages conveniently placed near the mail boxes. When I work nights and sleep days my neighbors are quiet enough that I can sleep without any disturbances. The 2 entrances make it easier to carry groceries and bags into the building, especially on busy days.

I have a friend who lives at the Roosevelt. This friend is looking at elderly housing because she is afraid to complain. Repairs are not done in a timely manner. My friend has been unable to use the laundry room for a few weeks. Likewise, this friend said a note was put on a few neighbors door saying they must pay an additional $25 dollars more then their lease. The people in this building don't complain mostly because they are older, or addicts. There are a lot of break ins and drug activity. The police got one set, but the staff is questionable.

The staff, especially the manager, are extremely unprofessional. There are messages written in markers from the manager to or from whoever all over the area near the mailboxes and front door. They have signs on the outside saying they are improved but I don't see how.
