Tremblay's company handles the transportation for my 3 year old daughters head start program. About two weeks ago, she had an accident at school and her teacher sent her wet clothes with the driver and monitor (bag was labeled with her name and they were asked to give the clothes to me), instead they gave her clothes to another child's parent. After a week and a half of the company refusing to return my phone calls (and a trip down there in person), I finally got a hold of a supervisor (Nicole Cardozo) who informed me that their drivers "are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items". When I kindly pointed out that my daughters outfit was not lost, stolen or damaged but instead it was GIVEN AWAY by one of her employees she told me that the driver is not responsible for her actions and that the company will do nothing to rectify the situation or replace the items.
