Went for lunch--Urban Grille gets an A for effort. Great atmosphere,excellent customer service. Excellent waitress. Food was terrible. It looked great on the plate. Burger was way over cooked,roll was stale. French fries were oddly seasoned and reheated. The lunch menu was ok,not great with some strange combos. On leaving I was surprised to see they had a cart with trays of food being prepped-unwrapped,unprotected- right where the public was walking by--weird. Really good effort,nice people, they need help with food prep.
