If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment with Jay at 11am, he then asked me to come in an hour later because he was running behind. I came back an hour later and once he started reviewing my taxes and I asked a few questions he said that it looked like I wanted to do my own taxes and kicked me out. If you want to blindly have someone do your taxes and have no idea what they are filing, then go to him, but if you care to understand what is going into your taxes and would like to be treated in a professional manner, go elsewhere! Very disappointed...
