Almost got into a car accident, so unprofessional, they smoke week and have hookers in their cars he was the most ignorant person i have ever met

Im only giving it a one because I have to give it something. I was late for work my first day and the guy pulled away right when I walked outside. I literally called them crying .

Do NOT Use This Cab Company. On More Than One Occasion I Have been kicked Out Of THE Cab After I Have Rode Half Way to My Destination Because They Failed To Get Their Information Right Or Communicate With each Other.

Today I Got in the Cab with My 7 Year Old Daughter & As we Left The Parking Lot Of her Pediatricians Office, The cab driver Said Im Sorry Miss But I have To Let You Out Because We Have Another Guy That's been waiting Over an Hour And I have To Turn around And Get Him. So I was left In The Rain with My child To walk The Almost 2 Blocks (Distance) Back TO her Doctors Office To Call another Cab.

These People Are Disgusting & Need to BE Put Out Of Business.

I Wouldn't Even Give Them a 1 Star If I wasn't Made Too.

Avoid at all cost rude no customer service no communication at all always late and just how they in business is just crazy..

I have used Yellow Cab for years, 20 years at least, and they have always been timely and courteous.

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I went by the name of yellow cab. The taxi didn't come on time. 10 min later the dispatcher was shouting at me, and telling me how his mother taught me to add 15 min in the schedule. I had called this moron an hour before I was supposed to be picked! Highly unprofessional, gives bad impression about the area which otherwise has nice people living here. I hope yellow cab does something to protect their reputation. I wish I could give them less than one star!

I have used this service four times out of necessity, unfortunately. The dispatch is beyond rude and hang up on me when I asked when my cab would be coming, as it was 30min late. They were ALWAYS between 15min and a whopping one hour late with no explanation or remorse. Truly a terrible service with no class or professionalism. DO NOT use Yellow Cab.

Dispatcher is completely incompetent and incapable of portraying minimal communication skills. Lacks the ability to be anything but rude. They were late. No professionalism. How can you answer the phone and be a little smartass and still have your job. Get a life and get good. Save your money.

The dispatch and drivers are rude they are picky on the jobs and people they pick up
