Elmwood School offers educational programs to more than 450 students in prekindergarten through grade six. It operates under the New Berlin Schools District and provides a curriculum that includes reading, writing, vocabulary, spelling, English, mathematics, science, social studies and computer application. In addition, it provides classes in physical education, music, fine arts and technology. It provides various co-curricular activities, including orchestra, chess club, band, exhibitions and a live television broadcast show that is recorded in the library media center. It also provides leadership training and community services through a student council program. The school organizes various events for the entertainment and talent enhancement of its students, including fine arts nights, talent shows, celebration of learning nights, and live band and orchestra concerts.
