Provided by YP.comVery not happy with glasses. Paid over $500 nearly a month ago and still do not have them. The magnetic clip they spoke so highly of was defective. They tried telling me I wasn't putting it on correctly when it was the magnet that was the issue.

Provided by YP.comWhere do I begin with this place? First off when I booked my appointment I questioned them about the charge for an eye exam (as I have coverage thru VSP ) and they told me it was a $10 co-pay for my exam and the rest was covered thru insurance. However, when I got up to the desk to pay, my bill was over $65! I inquired on this and they charged me a "professional contact lens consultative fee" of $55. I have since called around to other eye glass shops and have been told $55 is a very expensive charge for my basic type of eye RX. $30 is the most they should of charged and alot of eye places can even work with your insurance company and include that into your coverage, so it gets paid by your carrier. Not true with Eye Vision care. Not only were they not upfront on this charge when I initially called to book the appointment (and I specifically inquired on fees) but they also overcharge! I also told them from the point I checked in for my appt that day that I wanted new frames/glasses. Then I sat and waited for about 10 min for the eye Dr, why did they not say during that time to look at some frames? No, they waited until they dialated my eyes and then told me to look at frames!!! It was ridiculous! Everything was blurry, I couldn't clearly see the frames, how I looked in them or the price for that matter! I tried to find something I liked anyways as time alone is hard to find being a mother and "thought" I found a pair that looked nice on me (which by the way they offered all of 5 min. assistance to help me look for glasses and then went back to talking amongst employees and ignored me). So I think I find a pair I like, I had to ask the price on them as I couldn't even see ($260 for the frames alone) and tell them since my vision is blurry to please write down the #'s on these frames so I can come back when I can clearly see. They assure me they will do this. Well, I call back 4 days later, and guess what? They never wrote down the #'s of the glasses I chose! So all my time, fumbling around, blurry eyed , was wasted! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere in finding new frames. As far as the eye Dr was concerned, she was very nice. However, I've been getting eye exams for about 20 years and never once have I been perscribed the wrong RX. However, the contact she recommended for my left eye was way to strong and had me blurry all day...luckily I still had old contacts from my prior RX and switched back. So overall a horrible experience! Unexperienced, overpriced and very poor customer service
