This is the worst place ever! my puppy Uno came home w/ cuts/knicks all over him. He had a lot of bald spots & was very uneven. He appeared not washed & his ears weren't even trimmed! When I called to voice my opinion, I talked to the owner who said she cut him! THE OWNER DID THIS!! When I treid to explain why I was not satisfied, she said "I told you he would be short" I reiterated to her that I was "fine w/ short, but NOT fine w/ all his cuts!" I attempted to continue w/ my complaint and two words into it she said "Now you listen to me! I am talking now!" I told her "Wait, I am the customer, and you are supposed to listen to my complaint!" The OWNER then hung up the phone on me! The conversation lasted about 33 seconds! This has turned into something it shouldn't have because of her extreme lack of respect and customer service. I was not looking for a free cut or anything because Uno will NEVER go back there. She cause my baby to bleed, which i'm sure hurt and I am NOT ok with that!

I have looked for a good groomer for a very long time! I have finally found that at K-nine Barber Shop! We felt so comfortable and welcome. The shop was so clean and cheerful. Our dogs came out looking the best they have ever looked. My dogs are always happy to go back, they never wanted to go into the other shops I took them to. We finally found great groomers and will never go anywhere else. Thank you girls at K-nine Barber Shop.. Janet
