I have personally used the Law Firm of Robert M. Mihelich to represent me in an age discrimination suit against my past employer. I was a victim of RIF ( Reduction In Force ) on 2-16-09 I was 65-1/2 years old and was replaced by a person that was 37 years old. I had over 33 years experience in the same industry and was offered 4-weeks severance pay.



On 2-05-10 Robert M. Mihelich was able to reach an out of court settlement from my past employer that was agreeable to both parties. This would have never happen if I didn't secure the services of this law firm. I would recommend this firm to anyone having a similar problem or anything to due with Employment Law.



I also felt that Mr. Mihelich was very tenacious, and had a very creative writing style that could express the facts, to the highest level in all his correspondence.
