Enjoy the bed bugs, the ants, the slow response if any to the things that need fixing, the basement key that doesn't even work, the low class trashy tenants and New Berlin PD out there every week for some domestic issue, the poor snow removal, and the psychotic owner Amy who loves to remind everyone she's got lawyers. Different strokes for different folks too, they treat different tenants differently like there's two sets of rules. Don't think for one minute you're getting your security deposit back they will come up with ridiculous reasons to keep it. They don't follow proper eviction procedures, they had another tenant in there before they had even given me a 14 day and took the month's rent of my security deposit the same month. They are greedy vicious a holes and you will regret your stay there.

Do not move to these apartments. I gave them money down on an apartment over 2 months in advance. Had everything set up and switched over to move in. Then 3 weeks before the move they gave the apartment I put money down on to some one else and tried to give me a different apartment. They did little to nothing to make the situation right.

i regret very few things in life; one thing i DO regret is moving into this terribly managed building. the owners and employees do not communicate with the tenants or each other. they screw you out of money and leave your apartment unlocked when they need to come in for repairs. the managers don't know their own policies, have no people skills, and never listen to complaints. please, only move in here if you don't like having your phone calls returned and don't care about getting your security deposit back.
