Today I give a 5 star rating because the maintenance men came out and fixed my stove immediately today. Management services has a ton of issues but today their maintenance department gained a 5 star rating for them. Lets hope they keep it. Will be rating again when my lease is up because this is one of few times they didn't disappoint me.

Absolutely horrid! Calls go unanswered. The woman in Maintenance has been saying (literally for months)" I'm new here and we are busy." I finally ask for someone else and the young lady at the front desk puts me in touch with an older woman who immediately sent someone out to look at the roof leak I complained about for months. While they were there, they also fixed my leaking toilet that I complained about for months as well as making notes on my other complaints. Why does this company hire inexperienced people to lead their departments? Owners should be aware of the inadequate way things are done there.
I called on Thursday to speak with the older woman in Maintenance and was informed she was no longer working there........ I was informed I could speak with Melissa in maintenance (no thanks!) that is the woman who was rude and refused to have my roof looked at. I had to live with buckets in the house during rain when she refused to send someone out. Guess I will be looking elsewhere when my lease expires. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP

first of all the negative reviews hold no merit,they are from some of the worst tenants that should themselves be rated,secondly carol b.worked there and single handedly as an employee tried to destroy everything she was involved in because shes a very sad person with no self respect or respect for others

terrible! lies to tenants. hides truth from owners. do not do repairs needed in respect to health and safety. would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I moved from utah and didn t know the area at all. Feel in love with the house, but it was very dirty. Look like they didn t clean it at all. Made us pay to use the garage door opener. Keys to the place was broke. Would not fix anything, and when they got around to fixing things their maintenance was creepy, and very mess would track mudd though the house. DON T DO BUSINESS WITH REAL ESTATE PLUS.
