Provided by YP.comI do not if the other guy can't read or what but i found it pretty easy coming from Raleigh. Inso far as stock i go there to find things that you do not see in other stores.... greg gets in some the nicest sps(colors and health wise) that i have seen. His knowledge of reefs is outstanding, should be since he has been doing this since about 1984 when i first meet him at Fish Pro's. The store is small, but the quality is the best, no sick fish, corals look great, and the information is outstanding...It also hasn't hurt that he worked at Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium. I just bought a hooded wrasse from there this last week and he is doing great in my tank now. and i haven't even talked about the prices at Aquatic Consultants yet. Bought a crocea from there that was at least 6" and just beautiful and paid just $32.00 for it. the only thing that i can find wrong with it is he is slow with building tanks or stands, but that might be because greg is the only one working there. At least you don't get someone that doesn't know what they are talking about. About the bristleworms i have found that they help clean the sand so i want them in my tank. He also helped designed my aquarium in where to bring my returns from the pumps and what pumps to use. It was brought to my attention about what the coral needs are, this was something that i was not aware of, it was not even talked about at other stores. O by the way yes his tanks did have some red algae in them but that may because his mother just past away. Go in there now it may be different. Just to add a little tidbit he is planning to expand to 40,000gals in the near future thats why the wood vats. Like he says "glass tanks will leak"!!!

Provided by YP.comI got lost driving to the middle of nowhere to find this place. When i got there i was surprised to find that Aquatic Consultants was in a trailer behind another buisness. He had three home made tanks in the "living room" and there were large spots of red "gunk' all over the inside of his tanks. He had 3 fish in the tank and it took me several minutes to see where 2 of the fish were due to the unclean tank. He informed us that he wouldnt have anything new for 2 weeks and we should definetly come back. We looked inside one of the "bed rooms" and saw several more tanks covered in the crusty, disgusting red "gunk".
He also tried to sell us a bunch of bristle worms and reffered to them as "Tank Inhancers".
I feel bad for any fish in this guys care.
