Not sure why someone posted a negative review on this shop. the guys that work there are awesome. the owner is very nice and in my opinion has wonderful customer service skills. I think the person with the negative post must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed or maybe someone peed in his Cheerios.

The prices are fair. Greg is pretty knowledgeable about pretty much all the items in his shop. I have never had a bad experience. If you live local to New Bern, check it out.

i will never go again,its a dirty little place and dark,guy at the counter has a smart a$$ attitude and 0 customer relation skills,like he doesnt care if you come there or not

We were driving back from my husband having back surgery and his doctor instructed him to stop and walk from time to time during the drive. Well my husband loves pawn shops so we stopped at Bridgeton Pawn. While there he needed to use the rest room. The one employee told us it was in use at the moment. Then a few minutes later the other employee tells us that its not for customers, not even bothering to look at us. Then DON'T tell someone u have one that is in use! They saw how my husband was having a very hard time but STILL made us walk even further over to the Hardee's near them (it was too much of a walk but it would have hurt worse to get back in and out of the car to go over there) We pass this place many times and we will NEVER go in there again! I hope it was worth it to them to loose reoccurring customers over poor customer service.
