Awful, Hateful People

You are the most despicable group of people on the planet. You hold a body hostage and won't even allow the obituary to be published because the life insurance is not received yet due to an autopsy?? I hope you can sleep at night knowing that you have destroyed a mother and family of someone who was cherished by their family. Business is business, right? You know you're going to get your money eventually from life insurance, yet you have no scruples. Rot in hell.
