Food is always fast and good. Not as heavy as some I've had. The staff also speak English very well. We only take out though so not sure what the experience would be of we ate in. Overall 4 consistant stars for "fast Chinese "

I took my kids there to eat last week. I ordered a very simple order of sweet & sour chicken. I decided that we would go ahead & eat in the resturant (and told the lady we were eating in). My daughter & I went to sit at a table, while my son sat where "to-go" customers sit in front of the register. People were coming in & out getting their food while I waited patiently for my order. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting (now we all know it usually only takes abotu 15 - 20 minutes), I told the cashier that I wanted my money back & had waited 30 minutes for only an order of sweet & sour chicken! Come to find out, my order had never been put in! How do you NOT put an order in? What's so bad is that the cashier looked at my son several times while sat there waiting. Needless to say, this place will never get my business again!
