My son made reservations for seven pm. We arrived at six fifty.Were told we would have to wait thirty minutes.They only have two large tables in the place, both wer filled.These tables should have been held for us, Considering we had reservatios for seven.Needless to say we left. Theres not a restarant in New Bern that I would wait thirthy minutes for a table.Because theres not one that has food good for a wait. While standing out front deciding what to do. A young lady and her boyfriend came out. She fell on the ground and her friend was so drunk he could just about get her up. So this must be the type of bar where they never shut you off, even if you cant walk. Needless to say we will never be back

The location is in downtown New Bern, easy to find. The place it's self is really really small, and crowded even with just a few patrons. We sat at the raw bar, ordered a few beers, oysters, and pretzel crabdip. The service was ok, but they must have know the oysters were bad, because no one ever checked with us after they served them. The pretzel was not worth the money... more cheese then a crab. Our stomachs were never the same after eating here. Go next door to Captian Ratty's!.
