Nautical Wheelers is the first stop leaving the DoubleTree and Convention Center, with maps and friendly local help. The sister store is 30 minutes away in the waterfront village of Oriental, NC. Open seven days a week at 10am. Spend a day or two in downtown New Bern, be sure to walk along the riverfront, watch the draw bridge open, stop in the Pepsi store (Pepsi was invented in New Bern), just up from Nautical Wheelers on Craven Street is Mitchells Hardware (your great great grandparents could have shopped there, it's that old) .
