Top notch service! Repaired my out side opener and adjusted door mechanism. Door operates more smoothly than when it was new. I later accidently deprogramed all my remotes. He returned and reprogramed them at no additional charge.

I had a spring break after 15 years. I called OBX and WOW what great service. John was so awesome. He asked me to messure the spring and leave the back door open. In less than 24 hours John showed up,repaired my door and locked my house up tight. In my 54 years I have never seen better service. Thanks again OBX.

Our garage doors support mechanism was separating from the garage roof and we called OBX. They came promptly and when promised and completely realigned and attached the supports. The doors work perfectly now so thanks to John Hopkins and his crew. Great service.

For about two maybe more months a garage door was not tracking properly. One side always beat the other side down and up. I tried adjusting the screw on the side of the opener, no change. Little by little it got worse. Time to make the call. 11 Apr John arrived. He assessed the 'problems' and one by one eliminated them. Service was A1, price was reasonable. Next time I won't wait so long to make the call.

We called OBX on Friday and two gentlemen showed up first thing Saturday morning to replace our broken springs and cables....very pleasant, efficient, gentlemen...and the bill was extremely reasonable too !!....go figure !! Thank you !!

I called for an estimate and within an hour I had Chris knocking at my door, i got an estimate, ordered the door, it was installed promptly. OBX did an excellent job, very professional. will recommend to all my friends A+ rating

I called OBX Garage Doors at 7:18 AM on a Sunday expecting to get VM. I was very pleased to have Chris answer and get out to me right away so we could make it home in time for a family event. The guys were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We appreciated their great service and we feel you should call them first if you need any type of garage door help. I hired OBX to install a used garage door opener in an older beach cottage. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, professional and very reasonable.
